Following our People First philosophy, we strive to put People at the heart of everything that we do. Social responsibility is a natural extension of this direction. 
We believe that by being a socially responsible company, we help ourselves, as well as those we serve.  We are committed to acting with social consciousness and awareness, in order to achieve greater Empowerment for both Our People and Our Communities.

MediaCom’s Social Responsibility Committee is comprised of employees with a passion for social consciousness and community involvement.  The committee sponsors several volunteer day events and charity drives every year, and all employees are encouraged to participate.  In fact, every MediaCom employee is allowed--and encouraged--to take off one workday each year to dedicate to volunteer activities.
